Soccer is for everyone. The Westbank FC Recreational Program is built for players who want to enjoy the game in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.

2026 AGE GROUP REFERENCE

Starting the 2026 season, U.S. Soccer is transitioning from birth-year to school-year age groups. To see how this change impacts your player and which team they will be eligible for, see the chart below, or use the

No experience is required for the Recreational or Academy programs. The Competitive Program is for players with prior experience who are ready to train and compete at a higher level.
Tryouts are only required for the Competitive Program. The Academy and Recreational programs are open registration.
Westbank FC serves players from ages 6 through 15. Starting in 2026, US Soccer transitions from birth-year to school-year age groups. Check out the Age Group Reference for more information on your player's correct placement.

Absolutely. Players who develop through our Academy or Recreational programs and are ready for a higher challenge are encouraged to try out for the Competitive Program. Our coaches are here to help guide that transition when the time is right.
Registration fees are non-refundable once payment is made. This applies to injuries, absences, or a player leaving mid-season.
